Back in Lisbon, we stayed in the same hotel. We got a better view, however.

We went to the Belem section, an saw the Padrao dos Descobrimentos monument, featuring Portugese explorers, kings, and other dead rich folks.

The surrounding plaza had a big compas.

And a giant map of the world.
